QBC | SA047 RIW | Stage 4 Road Safety Audit Muhel Consulting Ltd carried out a Stage 4 Road Safety Audit (RSA) for a prestigious project, namely the SA047 RIW (SCDL) Park and Ride and Non-Stadium Bus Infrastructure developments -S02, situated in Umm Al Afaei – Al Rayyan, Doha, Qatar. The team of specialists worked together to produce an efficacious audit and guarantee an advantageous result. The stage 4 RSA is conducted to assess the project’s completion and readiness for general traffic usage. It is determined by the RSA Audit Team, representing by Muhel Consulting Ltd., the TMS JV Supervision Consultant – Parsons International Ltd., and the Contractor – Qatar Building Company (QBC).
